The Seattle neighborhood of Madison Park continues to be a desirable, yet highly priced, area for homebuyers. Two homes have closed so far in the month of October, with an average closing price of $980k and average size of 2175 sq. ft, or about $450 per square foot of living space. Five additional homes in this neighborhood have had agreements reached between buyer and seller and are awaiting closing. The average most-recent asking price for these homes, which range in size from a lakeside two-bedroom condo at 990 sq. ft., to a five-bedroom, 4470 sq. ft. beauty on 38th Avenue, was $1.37M.

Currently there are 13 active listings in the Madison Park neighborhood: eight single-family homes, four condos, and one unbuilt parcel of land. A whopping 55 homes have already sold in the neighborhood this year.
