Auburn, Washington is King County's second most active city for new construction with 108 new single family homes currently listed for sale across 15 communities.

Prices for new homes in Auburn range from the mid $200s at Monterey Park, a community with nine single family homes currently available, to well over $500,000 at Pinnacle Estates.
Currently active single family new homes have an average list price of $334,692 for 2,301 square feet ($145 per square foot). Over the last 6 months, the actual sales prices for new single family homes has averaged $271,954 and home sizes averaged 2,007 square feet ($136 per square foot).
