Bothell, Washington is one of Western Washington's most active cities for real estate. It has the 15th highest real estate inventory in the area, with 445 homes for sale as of this writing. Despite being 15th by inventory, it is 10th by market size, with $228.5m worth of inventory. The average home listing price is $513,000. 

About Bothell

Bothell is located in both King and Snohomish counties. As of 2010, the city's population was just over 33,000. Bothell is part of the Northshore School District, while Heritage Christian Academy is a private school serving grades K-9. The downtown area is being reviatlized; in 2006, the revitalization plan was approved and is currently underway. Bothell's Main Street and surrounding areas will be restored and there is interest in regenerating retail, residential and office space opportunities in the downtown area.

Bothell Neighborhoods

Neighborhoods in Bothell include the established communities of Canton Ridge, Flagstone, Parkhaven and the Reserve at Canyon Park. Home prices vary depending on the size of the home in each community. Some of Western Washington's most active home builders, including DR Horton, are building in the area.
